Before, the Annual Confirmation of Pensioners Program was a dreaded time for caregivers and family members of bedridden and disabled pensioners. It was because they had to endure the hard transportation of their family members who are SSS pensioners to their respective SSS branches. But now, it has been made more convenient by SSS.
The Annual Confirmation of Pensioners Program is like an audit of those who are receiving their monthly pensions. For a pensioner to continuously enjoy the eligibility of his or her pension, he or she is required to comply with this program.
The ACOP schedule will be the birth month of the said SSS member. If the pension is being received by the member’s beneficiaries, the ACOP schedule will be the birth month of the deceased SSS member.
Here are the ways to comply with the Annual Confirmation of Pensioners Program and ensure that your pension will not be suspended.
For members who are receiving DISABILITY BENEFIT
1. The pensioner can directly report to any SSS branch and bring the following:
- SS card or 2 valid IDs, both with signature and at least one with photo
- Accomplished and signed ACOP Form
2. If the pensioner is incapable to report personally due to the conditions stated below, just take note of the following steps.
a. Pensioner is incapacitated or 80 years old and above
-Accomplish and sign/fingerprint the ACOP form
-Let a family member or representative submit the Photocopy of SS card or two valid IDs both with signature and at least one with photo together with a sketch of the pensioner’s residence to any SSS branch.
b. Pensioner is confined in an institution
-Accomplish and sign/fingerprint the ACOP form
-Let a family member or representative submit the Photocopy of SS card or two valid IDs both with signature and at least one with photo together with Certification from applicable institution confirming pensioner’s confinement to any SSS branch.
c. Pensioner is residing abroad
-Complete physical examination report done within 3 months prior to date of ACOP submission and certified by a physician, indicating license number and clinic address
-Laboratory or other diagnostic examination results applicable to disability
-Accomplished and signed ACOP Form
-Photocopies of SS Card, valid passport or any two valid IDs issued by the host country governmental unit/ agency where photo and signature are shown
Submit the following by postal mail to the address below:

For Pensioners who are receiving Retirement or Death Benefit
1. The pensioner can directly report to any SSS branch and bring the following:
- SS card or 2 valid IDs, both with signature and at least one with photo.
- Accomplished and signed ACOP Form
2. If the pensioner is incapable to report personally due to the conditions stated below, just take note of the following steps.
a. Pensioner is incapacitated or 80 years old and above, representative can submit the following documents to any SSS branch:
- Accomplished and signed/fingerprinted ACOP form
- Photocopy of SS card or two valid IDs both with signature and at least one with photo together
- Sketch of residence
- Certificate of existence from Barangay Chairman
- Medical Certificate done within 3 months prior to the last day of compliance and certified by a physician indicating his license and clinic address
b. Pensioner is confined in an institution, representative can submit the following documents to any SSS branch:
- Accomplished and signed/fingerprinted ACOP form
- Photocopy of SS card or two valid IDs both with signature and at least one with photo together
- Certification from applicable institution confirming pensioner’s confinement
c. Pensioner is residing abroad, secure the following documents:
- Accomplished and signed/fingerprinted ACOP form
- Photocopies of SS Card, valid passport or any two valid IDs issued by the host country governmental unit/ agency where photo and signature are shown
